Q1: I love plants but they simply die! why plant die once they reach?

Ans: Leave worries to us we provide  you stable potted plants so they don’t get shock of transplantation and then die at your end.  

Q2:  Can you customize order?

Ans: Yes you can select various options from virtual gardening while adding your plant. We grow plants in various kind of pots, you can choose from various pot range available like plastic, ceramic and thermoflexi.

Q3: How do you pack? Will it survive journey?

Ans: Yes we put barrier on top soil layer to stop spilling of soil in rocky journey. Then we place plant in newspaper or tissue wrap. Afterwards we put it in bubble wrap. After this we place plant in secured customized corrugated cardboard box. Due to above steps you receive plant in excellent condition without any damages.

Q4:  What if plant die in journey?

Ans: Keep record of plant images starting from day you received if it dies within a week simply send us image of plant reached to you till the condition you feel bad. We will analyze and judge genuine cases and then refund or replace as per customer’s convenience within a week.

Q5:  When will I receive my orders?

Ans: As soon as we get payment confirmation we start processing order which usually take 2 days. After 2 day we deliver plant via fedex / delhivery / bluedart or other courier partners depending on your location. Transit time is usually 4 to 5 days so under normal circumstances it should reach to you within a week.

Q6: Will I get plants with flower?

Ans: Flowering depends on weather condition and season change we always try to send matured  plants which are in flowering stage or already have flowers. We specially mention in plant name which we are going to deliver with flower.

Q7: Is cash on delivery eligible? 

Ans: No

Q8:  Will I get replacement or refund in case of order not delivered or lost?

Ans: Yes

Q9: Will I get replacement or money return in case of plant is not of same species as ordered?

Ans: This is a rare scenario as we ensure plant varieties with tags. Sometimes same plant species clone may look different but trust us with time plant usually catch up their original face . Also in case it turns out to be totally different then we will return or refund but after careful inspection of case only. 

Q10: Will I get plants same as shown in pic?

Ans: Yes, check gallery images first image is usually reference image for complete look of plant once it reaches maturity. 

Q11: Do you ship outside Delhi?

Ans: Yes we ship all over India

Q12: Can we visit and pick up from center?

Ans: No we are usually busy with online orders so we don’t entertain personal visits.
