Cancellation Policy

Budsnblush believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category or Rare exotic plants.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Budsnblush marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.

In case your healthy recieved plant started dying within 1 week kindly keep images for record and submit them to our team in case of genuine scenarios we will replace the plant.
We advise to keep atleast 6 images from day of reciept till you feel condition found was bad.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.This request will be entertained only if plant species or genus under doubt we do not take guarantee of exact similarity as in image, because they are not artificial plants and may look different at different stage of life. But yes we take full guarantee of species and genus described.

Refund Policy

Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs.

Refund or return will be done only in case of seriously damaged plant, dead plant or missing plant.

Budsnblush doesn’t hold any guarantee if transit time exceeds 7 day and plant dies due to transportation shock.

Customers should be aware that these are live plants which may fade droop leaves or bend in journey but with your care they will be fine and beautify your home.

For dead plants or missing plants you can reach us within 24hrs of delivery and we will do needful as per the situation.

Note:- To protect our brand from competitors we under any circumstances will not refund or replace if customer defame Budsnblush on social media due to intentional reasons. All queries can be handled with support teams.
