First time I ordered, they used XpressBees to send the courier. The courier kept updating bogus status messages without even trying to deliver and delivered the package finally after 10 days. The plants were dried and I returned. The second time, BudsnBlush mentioned they would use an independent courier. However, they sent the package via XpressBees and I faced the same issue. The package reached the destination and I got a message on the 12th of February that the package was out for delivery. But, I received the package only on the 17th. Most of the leaves had rotted. When I shared the pictures, the customer service said that the plants were in good condition!!
